Computing and Information Systems Engineering undergraduate program consists of Computer and Information Systems departments.
In the Computing Engineering Department, the main areas of computer science and engineering such as information technologies, computer science, and architecture, design and algorithm analysis, programming languages are emphasized.
We aim that graduates of this department will have qualified proficiency in probability theory and statistics, basic engineering sciences, applications of mathematics in this engineering field, engineering sciences required for the design and analysis of complex electronic devices, software and hardware components required for operating these software and theoretical computer science.
In the Information Systems Engineering Department, basic and advanced theories of obtaining, storing, transmitting, modeling, processing, and using information and their applications are emphasized.
We aim that graduates of this department will have the ability to follow technological and scientific developments in the field of information systems, be competent, productive, have the power of scientific production, take science and experiment as the basis, have the power of participatory, numerical and academic thinking, self-learning and lifelong learning, responsibility, have qualified competence in their field of expertise to receive, and convert internationally produced knowledge into social and industrial benefit and comply with ethical rules.
